Personal and small business information manager: Get organized, Backpack
I just signed up for Backpack (the free part) and I am getting ready to try this out. I was glad to see there is a mobile ready site as well.
This is a subset of Basecamp, a larger project management service, and a bit more than TaDa Lists which is only for notes and reminders.
